These dome shaped pods have a soft spiky feel (or turn them upside down for a smooth unstable step). Great for balance, body awareness, tactile awareness and coordination or to use as a part of a motor planning or balance program. Pods are inflatable so pressure can be regulated to individual requirements and enable you to grade the requirements if used to develop core stability. The pimple texture grips for the feet to prevent slipping.
